One day, one ride, 200 miles.
Saturday, July 12, 2008. Join us on this epic one day ride! Registration is now FULL.
Do a century before lunch, then turn around and do it again. It’s the only ride like it in the area. We’re looking forward to an awesome fourth annual Total 200. Browse through the site, and if you have any questions or want to talk to one of our veterans, just let us know. We’d be glad to fill you in. Email us.

Volunteers: We NEED You!
Your help is what keeps us pedaling! Maybe you know someone who's going to ride- or maybe you're looking to do it next year. This is great way to get a first hand look at what it takes to ride 200 miles in one day. Sign up »

How it Works
Total 200 is a fully supported ride, thanks to our volunteers and sponsors. It’s a full day, and their support makes all the difference when you’re trying to go the distance.

The day starts at 5:00 am. with registration and orientation until 5:30 am. Meet other riders and wake up, pack your special needs bags into the lunch vehicle—so your things will be waiting for you when you get to lunch at the mid-point. We’ll review the rules of the ride, then be ready to roll at 5:45 am.

From our starting point, we’ll take a lap around the US Capitol before following Pennsylvania Avenue towards Maryland. You’ll find aid stations located about every 25 miles along the route, where you can refuel on Hammer Nutrition products, food, fruit, and water. Our stop at mile 100—Point Lookout State Park—is a full lunch stop.

Start to finish, bike tech support crews will make sure we stay on track and ride smoothly.

Once we return to Capitol Hill, we'll be greeted with a post ride celebration and ice cream cake from Ben & Jerrys.
